Swimming Programs 

Learn how to swim better with a proven philosophy, led by Zoom Performance coach Jason Wulf, through the “Learn to Practice” swim coaching.  The practice principles will focuses on  tying the mind and body together and teaching athletes to achieve body balance by swimming with the core.  

Single Session Swimmng Program: $65/Session

  • includes a 45 minutes swim session that will be utilized to review swim stroke and implement “Practice Principals” to further achieve an athlete’s goals


TRI SWIM Program: $180/3 Week Session

  • a recommended starting point for any athlete who would like to further their abilities in swimming. It includes three 45 minute session that will be spaced a week apart.
  • Week 1 – Evaluate swim stroke, overview of proper swim stroke, and begin implementation of “Practice Principles”
  • Week 2 – Review “Practice Principles”, Start building practice plan, 
  • Week 3 – Overview of “Practice Principles” Re-evaluate swim stroke, and finalize practice plan

Small Group TRI SWIM Program: $350/3 week Session
  • This program is the same as the TRI Session except that you will be able to work in a small group of 2-4 individuals.

SWIM Performance Program
: $660/12 weeks
  • for those who want to make a commitment to improve their swim stroke, increase their endurance, and potentially lower their swim times
  • Initial consultation
  • Customized 12 week swim plan utilizing http://www.trainingpeaks.com/
  • Swim tests done at weeks 3, 6, 9, and 12
  • Video analysis of swim stroke done at weeks 1, 6, and 12
  • One coached 45 minute swim session per week for 12 weeks 
  • Unlimited athlete initiated emails

Triathlon Endurance Program:
$125/month

Initial consultation on past performances, athletic history, job and lifestyle analysis, time constraints, future race planning, goal setting and gear/equipment discussions.  There is a $25 fee for the initial consultation, but will be credited to first month of training when athlete signs up.

  • one exercise metabolic assessment (VO2max) per year
  • one swim stoke analysis done per year
  • training plan review/adjustments monthly 
  • once per week athlete-initiated communication via email 
  • workouts delivered via http://www.trainingpeaks.com/
