Its that time of year, at least for me... When getting head colds, flu, chest congestion, etc is part of everyday life. We all go to work not feelig the best- but what is the best advice about working out?? I have heard, don't do it until you feel 100% and I have heard, go to the gym and fight through it/ a bad workout is better than no workout-- So, whats the best answer?? |
