Initial athlete consultation is included- prior athletic history, future race planning and setting season goals, looking at strengths and weaknesses to determine quality training plan, gear and equipment, how to fit in training with your job, family or schooling. - Unlimited athlete initiated communication

- Bike Power Meter data analysis for most training sessions WKO+
- Weekly coach workout comment and review email sent to athlete
- Training heart rate zone test for cycling and running completed once per year

The Performance Program is truly for the elite athlete looking to get the best possible training and coaching support to get the best race results. It is designated for those who want careful advice, suggestions and guidance daily and to really analyze each workout. It’s for the athlete wanting specifics and closely monitored guidance. Limited availability. Initial athlete consultation is included: prior athletic history, future race planning and setting season goals, looking at strengths and weaknesses to determine quality training plan, gear and equipment, how to fit in training with your job, family or schooling. - Unlimited athlete initiated communication
- Coach-athlete hour meeting twice per month
