Endurance sports are all about testing the limitations of the human body. There is no greater feeling than breaking through boundaries which were previously thought to be insurmountable brick walls. Liz believes that with dedication to a proper training program, all athletes have the potential to become champions and break through those barriers. Liz finds what motivates each individual and creates the best possible athlete-coach relationship. Communication and trust are critical to the success of this relationship.
