Through personal experience as an elite level athlete and through professional education in the field of physical therapy, I am able to combine my passions of sport and movement in my role as a coach. I believe each athlete is on his or her own personal path of growing physically, mentally, and spiritually through endurance sport. It is my vision to serve as a positive light to guide and as a strong voice to lead on this athletic adventure. If life has taught me anything through sport it is to choose joy on the journey and to bring others along for the ride…it is so much more fun.
